No you are not blind or at least not on this basis.For some reason when you type on the first word it fails you then you get in on the second word it offers. However if you use Firefox rather than Explorer it can remember your password etc
I too have had this verification problem, where the verification only works on the second attempt. Its been occurring for a numbers of weeks as far as I can remember.
