MSc External Events and Speakers Schedule

This page is aimed mostly at incoming MSc students in Behavioural Science but may be interesting to others who wish to attend events taking place in the center. It will develop continuously over the summer by myself, Alex Wood and the course co-ordinator Michael Daly with the aim to have at least one good external event each week of the programme that MSc students can attend (we are currently hosting regular sessions over the summer). Obviously, separate information will be provided privately about the induction and teaching timetable.

Week 1 Monday 9th September

Wednesday 11th September 2pm: Ian Lange will give the external session on behavioural economics and energy usage.

Friday 13th September: Symposium: Financial incentives in motivating socially desirable behaviours: when are they effective and when are they right? Keynotes: George Loewenstein and Peter Ubel. Essential to RSVP for this. Open to MSc/PhD students and externals.
