Senior Lectureship and Early Career Fellowship positions available in Stirling

The University of Stirling is currently advertising two positions which may be of interest:

1. Early Career Fellow - Applied Microeconomics
"The University of Stirling is seeking to appoint an outstanding Early Career Fellow within the School of Management. The Fellow will work with Professor David Bell to develop the activities of the Economics Division in the areas of health economics and aging economics, specifically in relation to the Scottish Longitudinal Survey of Ageing. The post is on a fixed term, full-time basis for three years. Support will be given for a candidate who wants to further develop their career in academia."

Full time, Fixed Term Contract - expected dates are 1 January 2015 - 31 December 2017 Grade 7 £30,728 - £36,661 Closing date is midnight on 8 September 2014

2. Senior Lecturer - Applied Microeconomics
"The Economics Division is seeking to recruit a senior lecturer in Economics, with a focus on applied microeconomics, in particular in areas such as health, ageing and population economics. This post is offered at Senior Lecturer level. Stirling is currently building strength in areas such as health economics and the economics of ageing. The candidate would be expected to build on our research in this area."

Full time, Fixed Term Contact - expected dates are 1 February 2015 - 31 December 2017 Grade 9 £46,400 - £53,765 Closing date is midnight on 8 September 2014
