Nudging in the Crimea

The Crimea is due to hold a referendum in six days about whether they will leave Ukraine and join Russia. The Kyiv Post reports that there are two options on the ballot sheet: 'Yes' and 'Yes, later'.

    The Kiev post article is wrong. The referendum questions are:

    1. do you wish for Crimea to join the Russian Federation as a subject of the federation

    2. are you for the restitution of the 1992 Crimean constitution and for Crimea to be part of Ukraine
