How effective has the IBEC Intern programme proved to be? Your correpondent might have checked even the participant levels and compared them with the FAS Workplace Programme srvicing a simlar cohort before name checking the programme!
The Irish Business and Employers’ Confederation (Ibec) has been running a programme matching graduates to companies for internships. How effective is it? How does the level of participants compare with the comparable FAS programme? What do either of these programmes offer as assured work experience or certifiable placements of value to career development?
