I guess everyone will get a day off school, I mean university, to celebrate? Apparently, and I am sure you all knew this, beatification marks ascension to heaven and only makes you "Blessed": so well on the way to Sainthood but not there yet. So it may still be a case of "Close, but no cigar Johnny". You need a couple of decent miracles to get over the final hurdle. We could do with a few of those.

Liam:he needs two miracles. NAMA breaking even would not suffice. What about the slightly more likely "Ireland winning the World Cup"?
