I wish I knew the answer to that question. I suppose an economist is bound to say that the answer is "no" otherwise one wouldn't have done it. But perhaps in some deeper sense the answer is "yes". At least I don't tweet.
I have been trying twitter as an experiment. You should give it a go. It is not as useful as blogger for research communication and feedback but I will make a case for it at some later stage.
