The Royal Society's Biology journal (forget the exact title) had a recent announcement saying they were keen on behavioural neuroscience papers - which could reasonably be interpreted to include neuroeconomics.

great - i am working through drafts on how to progress all this. Will talk off-line about some of the plans. i like the idea of ambient stimuli in inter-temporal tasks. Lowenstein had one out recently on the effects of sexual arousal on impulsive choice.
