Powdthavee Seminar


Dear all,

Nattavudh (Nick) Powdthavee will present his paper "Education does matter to happiness! Estimating the causal mediation effect of schooling on mental health and well-being in Australia"

Professor Nattavudh (Nick) Powdthavee holds a joint position as a Professorial Research Fellow at the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economics and Social Research, University of Melbourne, and a Principal Research Fellow in the Well-Being research programme at the Centre for Economic Performance at the LSE.

His research interests are quantitative social and behavioural sciences. He published his work in, inter alia, Economic Journal, Review of Economics and Statistics and his research findings have been regularly discussed in the media, including the Financial Times and the Economist.
